The grapes are obtained from the same plants grown on the side of the hills and in the valley in order to obtain young and nice characteristics. The output is quite restrictive.
Skin maceration is done for about 8 days and controlled temperature fermentation is also performed in steel tanks.
This is achieved by conservation in steel tanks for one year.
It distinguishes itself for a typical winy sensation accompanied with a underwood fruits flavour. Combining a soft structure with a persistent taste this wine becomes very pleasant.
It’s alcoholic content is 12,5% vol.
