The grapes are obtained from young and different blended plants ( friulano, chardonnay, sauvignon).


Vinification

A traditional white process is used to safeguard its freshness that distinguishes this wine. Fermentation is done in controlled temperature for 15 days.


Elevation

In steel tanks for 7 months following 2 months in bottles.


Wine characteristics

This wine has pleasant fruit fragrances and a persistent smell with the same characteristics, besides being anchored to a consistent taste.
Its alcoholic content is 12,5% vol.
